Dr. Galindo leads the restorative side of Tooth Implant Co.: the work that has to be beautiful and survive twenty years of chewing. His chair is where worn, cracked and heavily filled teeth are rebuilt with zirconia and lithium-disilicate crowns designed to match the shade, translucency and anatomy of the natural tooth next to them.

Patients know him as “Doctor Painless.” Those who cross the border for crowns usually have one fear: that the crowns will not fit their bite once they get home. Dr. Galindo plans every case around occlusion first, checking contacts and jaw movement at the try-in, so the restoration feels like it was always there.

Dr. Rafa, DDS, designs the smiles. Before a single tooth is touched, he studies the face (lip line, gum display, midline, tooth proportions) and builds a digital mock-up so patients can see and approve the shape of their new smile.

His philosophy is conservative: remove as little enamel as possible, choose the right ceramic for each mouth and never sell a smile that looks fake. The goal is a result people describe as “you look great,” not “nice veneers.”

I highly recommend The Implant Co. with Dr. Luis Galindo Sanchez, better known as “Doctor Painless.” After X-rays and a thorough exam, he confirmed exactly what my dentist in Yuma had said: I needed three crowns with tooth buildup. He got right to work and finished all the crown prep in about two hours. I returned the next day to place and fit the 3 crowns, and they are perfect. The total cost for all three zirconia crowns was less than what my Yuma dentist quoted me for just one crown, and that was with a top-tier Delta Dental PPO plan.

I traveled from Sacramento, California to see Dr. Luis Galindo in Los Algodones, Mexico, for a full-mouth restoration of 28 crowns, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
